Booking Conditions

By submitting the form, the guest makes a binding booking request. The owner personally reviews the request.

The accommodation contract is formed when the booking confirmation reaches the guest by email. The subsequent payment fulfils the existing contract and is not the event that creates it.

The apartment is ready from 4:00 pm on the arrival date. Access information will be sent by email in good time before the stay.

The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am on the departure date and left in a tidy condition.

After confirmation, the guest receives payment instructions and a payment deadline. Payment may be made either by bank transfer or through the secure online payment option offered.

The tourist tax is already included in the total booking price. It is not charged additionally.

The guest information required for registration and the guest card will be requested separately. The applicable tourist-tax statute of the City of Sassnitz governs the charge.

A current printed copy of the tourist-tax statute is visibly available inside the apartment.

The flexible rate may be cancelled free of charge up to and including 21 calendar days before the agreed arrival date. After that date, free cancellation is no longer available.

For a complete cancellation before arrival, we refund the tourist-tax component included in the booking price as well as the stated cleaning fee and booked laundry packages. For the remaining accommodation amount, we charge only the loss that remains under the applicable legal requirements.

You are entitled to demonstrate that your cancellation caused us no loss or a substantially lower loss. For a rate without free cancellation, this rule applies from the booking confirmation. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

The selected rate is stated in the booking summary and confirmation. For the flexible rate, free cancellation ends on the relevant calendar date 21 calendar days before arrival at 23:59 in the Europe/Berlin time zone.

For a rate without free cancellation, no free cancellation period applies after the booking confirmation has reached the guest.

Please preferably send your cancellation by email to info@meerforelle207.de. The time at which the cancellation message is received determines whether the deadline has been met. This does not exclude other legally permissible forms of declaration.

A failure to arrive or departure before the booked date does not automatically entitle the guest to a refund for unused nights. Legally required credits and justified exceptional cases remain possible; tourist-tax corrections following an early departure are reviewed manually.

The apartment and common areas must be treated with care. Quiet hours from 10:00 pm and the building rules must be observed.

Children are welcome. A baby cot for one child aged up to and including 4 is available on request.

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old.

A maximum of four regular guests plus one toddler aged up to and including 4 using the baby cot is permitted. No more than five people may stay overnight in total.

Only people included in the booking and tourist-tax registration may stay overnight. Changes must be reported in advance.

The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only outside.

Parties, events and unregistered gatherings are not permitted.

Pets are not allowed.

Keys and access devices must be kept secure and must not be passed to unauthorised persons. Any loss must be reported immediately. Necessary and reasonable replacement costs may be charged to the guest.

The booking includes one private garage space at the building. Please use only the allocated space and keep access routes clear.

Please separate your waste and dispose of it before departure in the waste area immediately beside the garages. Follow the instructions in the guest directory.

Existing defects or damage arising during the stay should be reported as soon as possible by email or through the alternative contact method provided in the travel information. Please do not attempt repairs yourself.

If the owner has to cancel a confirmed booking, payments already made will be reimbursed. The guest's further statutory rights remain unaffected.

Contracts for accommodation provided on a specific date or during a specific period generally do not carry a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The agreed cancellation conditions remain unaffected.
